The Lord of the Rings style lodging has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. Your stay will also include WiFi, an open fire or wood burner, a hot tub and a tennis court, as well as fabulous countryside views.

You are also given the chance to book a vineyard tour during your stay at the Hobbit House and enjoy a tour of your very own vineyard! This is a truly unique experience and guests will feel like they’re stepping straight into a scene from one of Tolkien’s books (minus the hot tub!).

The Hobbit House offers unique luxury accommodation right in the heart of the Sussex countryside, within walking distance to Bodiam Castle. There are plenty of other things to do in this area including walks along the river to Bodiam Castle, launch your own kayaks from the riverbank, steam trains in Northiam, cycling in Bedgebury Forest or explore the nearby ancient towns of Rye and Winchelsea.
